The Second Fitness goal is for top professional athletes or top competitors who are looking to compete in major competitions such as fighting, pro football players, golf players, baseball players and marathon runners.
Top professional athlete training regimens are different than the average fitness enthusiast who is simply looking for weight loss or lean muscle. Top athletes or fighters train seasonal and mainly focus on high performance workouts. Master Mehrdad’s fitness and strength training for these kind of professional athletes or fighters and is a completely different approach than for people with only a fitness goal.

Master Mehrdad does not believe in fad fitness or trend work outs that you see a lot of today, with his many years of experience in the fitness world he understands you will end up with injuries to your knee or back which only waste time and doesn’t get anyone anywhere. For example crossfit is making a big name today in the fitness industry, but most of their work out is not for an average person and it is not practical training if you are simply looking to get into shape.
It creates too much muscle mass and there is not enough lean or agility muscle group in your body which is healthier and has better longevity for your health in the long run. In the end you have to understand, what are you training for and train wisely.
