Strykerz Fit Healthy Recipes – Meal Ideas to Keep You Healthy

A healthy recipes and meal plan is key to a lean and healthy body and optimum energy. We recommend that you plan your meals in advance. You can either plan and prep over the weekend so you have everything you need during the week or plan the night before. Never leave your house without already having your meals prepped and ready to go.  You should have three balanced meals per day with healthy snacks in between. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water. To determine how much water you need just divide your weight by two and drink that number of fluid ounces each day.

Tuna Salad

Spinach, Tuna, 1 Tomato, Zucchini, Egg, Red Onion, Avocado, 4 Radishes, Wasabi, Sesame Seed Oil & Soy Sauce for Dressing

Healthy Veggie Meal

Zucchini, Red Onions, Green Beans, Carrot, Onions, White Turnip, Lemon Juice, Sesame Seed Oil, Garlic Salt, Lemon Pepper & Hot Sauce

Healthy Wrap
Sprouts, Herb Salad, Green, Red & Yellow Peppers, Jack Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, Onion, Peppercinis, Italian Dressing & Whole Wheat Tortilla
