Muay Thai Training Dedication – Muay Thai is not a fitness class for weight loss, or some crossfit training, and it is defiantly not a fad. The Art of eight limbs has been around for thousand of years and originally rooted back from the far east, eastern and north-Asia, the Persian empire, Indian Martial Arts and Mongolian wrestling, eventually migrating and becoming more complete to the Muay Thai fighting Arts we recognize today.
I want to dedicate this article to my Muay Thai student Ali Aminirad who has been training with me in Clearwater since 2008 to present a few times a week and has just had his first fight with 40 second knockout win on Saturday June 4th in Crystal River, Florida. After eight years of hard work and dedication in our Muay Thai training camp. If you are Muay Thai practitioner or Martial Artist or training partner, this is a great example to follow. It shows what dedication to your training whether Muay Thai or Martial Arts can achieve. I want this to be a great example for those who expect too much from their training or their Muay Thai master. A student must follow and trust the master with no doubt, train hard every day and listen with no question, it is a relationship with honor between student and teacher and no price can’t substitute that.
After training in Martial Arts and Muay Thai for the past four decades and having the good fortune to train with some of the greatest grandmasters and champions, promoting professional and amateur fighting events since 1995. I can tell you what makes me happy is the loyalty and dedication of my students and seeing their desire to train and become strong. I don’t care if you are tough guy, or if you become the next world-class champion, how much you pay me. The most important thing to me is your love, respect and dedication to your Muay Thai training in your daily classes. It could be 10 years before you get your first fight and this first fight you may lose, but those loses will never matter, because with each day we will conquer our fear and reach to the top in time my friend!!
