Body Workout Challenge – A Fat Burning, Strength and Conditioning Program
12 week body workout challenge is an hour of high intensity training that burns fat and tones the body, therefore giving you the maximum results in minimum time. This fun and exciting program will also help you gain strength, flexibility, and overcome your plateau. This class provides a very motivating environment with individual attention offering an experience very opposite to a gym environment and standard workout class. You can ultimately expect a new and fitter you by incorporating this unique full-body interval class, which is unlike the average fitness program.
About 12 Week Body Workouts
This exciting workout combines a lot of core training in each session, which is essential for losing weight. The combination of core and abs training sessions uses various types of training methods designed to target the most stubborn muscle groups. Some of the methods we use are functional training, agility drills, various stations and plyometrics. In addition, the workouts include body weight strength training, boxing workouts with heavy punching bags and boxing gloves, kickboxing, target pad training and cardio.
Class participants will utilize a variety of tools and equipment to challenge their strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. An example of the tools used include a Bosu, push up boards, Medicine and Stability Balls, Dumb Bells, Kettle Bells and Resistance Bands.

In conclusion, this is a high-energy workout challenge with a small group class setting. As a result, each individual receives personal attention for a total-body workout that allows adjustments to individuals as needed so that if one person can handle more, they get more.
If one person is unable to do a particular exercise, then a modified exercise if offered until that person can build up to the next level while still focusing on every muscle group at an intensity that will benefit each individual and simultaneously improve your cardiovascular strength and endurance.
