Martial Arts And Fitness Schedule – Below workout programs for fitness classes and has all the current training workout program and times for Kids Martial Arts, cardio Kickboxing, Karate after school, Yoga, and Muay Thai fighters program. All Classes are taught by Master Mehrdad Khan with over 4 decades of expertise in Traditional Hap-Ki-Do and Kung Fu and his high ranking certified black belt Martial Arts students. The classes that we offers are Strykerz Ultimate Fitness “Body Transformation Challenge”, 12 weeks body challenge, Kickboxing for weight loss, Kids traditional Martial Arts classes, Pre teen Martial Arts program, Adult Martial Arts Hap-Ki-Do and Kung Fu training, Muay Thai training for MMA fighters, Yoga Classes for kids, Adult traditional OM Yoga, Personal training for Strength and Conditioning, Bootcamp, Strykerz KidFit summer camp, and the Strykerz KidFit After School program with free pick up in Largo and Clearwater schools.
