Healthy Foods To Help Kids Grow Strong – All parents know that a child needs plenty of sleep and water, plus healthy foods to help them grow strong. Sadly we live in a world where cheap and unhealthy foods are easy to find and are more easily accessible then the foods children need to grow right. But it doesn’t have to be this way it’s a myth that all natural, organic foods are in truth easy to find! A child’s creativity can be a beautiful thing and usually abundant, but foods like sweets and processed snacks greatly diminish that creative spark. Thankfully nature has come to the rescue yet again! Foods like wheat grass, berries, coconut oil, chia seeds, and many others help boost creativity. Sure some of these foods kids may not like, but can be easily disguised in a smoothie or organic yogurt. Giving children these foods in the morning and again after school will help keep them full and power them up for the day’s activities. In our Strykerz Kidfit after school program not only do the children love the smoothies we give them, they are jam packed with the nutrients they need to boost energy and their creativity. The children come to us from school and tired from the day and after they take a sip they are bouncing off the walls! We have found they love berry smoothies and have taken an interest in learning about what goes into them. It is so important to teach our kids the importance of health and making sure as parents we surround our kids with people who want to help teach them this. The children in our lives will be the world’s next leaders and they deserve only the best Mother Nature has to offer.
